New CFPB Closing Procedures to begin October 3rd, 2015

The CFPB or Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will be implementing new closing procedures starting on October 3rd, 2015.  What this means for you is that transactions including Selling or Purchasing a home can take anywhere from 45-60 days to close as opposed to the normal 30 day closing period.
